From the Applicant’s Side

Passport

• Passport with a minimum validity of six (6) months from the date of entry into Indonesia.
  
  
• Scanned copy of the passport bio (main) page.
  
  

Photograph

• Scanned recent passport-sized photographs as per visa photo specifications.
  
  

Financial Documentation

• Bank statement for the last three (3) months.
  
  
• The closing balance must be at least NPR 300,000 (three lakh).
  
  

Processing Time

• The eVisa is typically issued via email within 3–4 working days (subject to approval).
  
  

From Our Side

• Travel Itinerary: Including confirmed flight booking and accommodation details.
  
  
• Reference Letter: Reference letter from our travel agency (if applicable).
